Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information by emailing privacy@nslfleet.com with the subject “Nevada Opt‑Out.”

We are headquartered in the United States. Where we transfer Personal Data from the EEA or UK to the U.S., we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Our Site currently does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

This Policy and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

19. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

Except for matters eligible for small‑claims court, you and NSL Fleet agree to resolve any disputes through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Memphis, Tennessee, on an individual basis (no class actions).
